By accessing or using the Star Flow XL platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Star Flow XL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Star Flow XL provides a B2B logistics intelligence platform for freight agents, forwarders, importers, exporters, and logistics operators. Services include booking management, supply chain tools, document generation, AI-assisted operations, and related features.
The Services are for business use only. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have authority to bind your organization, and are using the Services for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
The platform, its design, software, and content are the exclusive property of Star Flow XL LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription. You retain ownership of all data you input.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAR FLOW XL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
